Went out of the way to get me the tires I needed and get me back on my way home
The guys here are good ole boys.. didn't care for the manager to much.
Excellent customer service. I've worked with them twice both times they made sure they got me in and out as quickly as possible. The second time was an emergency situation and they handled it like pros and I ended up still being on time to an appointment I thought I'd be late to considering.
I have been to the one in Robertsdale, and it is perfectly fine. I have no clue why this one in Loxley is so terrible!
Went to get tire replaced, they drilled out one of the bolts and destroyed my rim because they "couldn't get the nut off". Tried to charge me for the replacement. Never going there again. Not customer friendly in the slightest.
