Your mail will be "lost" and packages are marked as "undeliverable" and returned without any reason or explanation on a regular basis. They only deliver when they feel like it, and the customer service is horrible. I would not recommend using their service for any reason.

They never answer simple questions, neither do they check that your mail has gone out. They are very rude over the phone and in my opinion deserve to be fired .

They lose your mail, hate to deliver packkages. I got a tax bill the day before the house I purchased was going up for sale for delinquent taxes because they NEVER delivered the tax bill. I almost lost a $1000,000 house for a $240.00 tax bill! When I complained they DID nothing! Didn't even sound concerned! This is the reason I reject any increse in the postage stamp.. If you want a package or important document delivered on time I very highly recomend you do NOT use the USPS in Loxley!

I had called yesterday to tell them I would be gone today and that I would pick up my package in the morning, myself. They said they would set it aside instead of having it delivered to my house. I went in and they didn't set it aside, so I won't get my package until the end of the day. It wouldn't be as bad if the woman who I spoke to today wasn't so rude about.
